Really though, what's not to love about cooked eggs swaddled in sausage meat, then breaded and fried? The question Chef Dan hears a lot is, "How do you get a soft yolk on the inside and a crispy shell on the outside?"

Great question. Join us for this session of What's Cooking? for a hands-on class on how to make them at home.

Learn how to encase a soft-boiled egg in sausage, bread it, and fry it to the perfect amount of crispiness. Chef Dan will also be teaching you how to make the accompanying pickled veggies and grainy mustard sauce he serves at the restaurant.

As an added bonus, enjoy a tasting of Poacher's Cheddar from Somerdale International. This delicious creamy cheese is the final piece to our Scotch egg masterpiece.
