What's Cooking?! "Onion Soup Gratin"
Learn to make our signature Onion Soup Gratin, a McWethy's Tavern crowd-favorite! This class will put a spotlight on creating our popular onion soup base and perfecting the garlic crouton topping with a special cheese blend.
Onion Soup Gratin: caramelized shallots & onions, veal stock infused with sherry, topped with brioche bread and emmentaler & mozzarella cheese.
To help you recreate what you learn at home, each student will receive a recipe card with complete ingredients and instructions.
