This summer, Mistwood Golf Club’s driving range transforms into an all-American country concert under the lights packed with hard tea tastings, live music, smoky barbecue stations, lawn games, and the kind of atmosphere that makes you stop scrolling and actually go do something with your people.

Because let’s be honest…Most summer nights come and go without becoming a memory. This one won’t.

As you make your way across the driving range, you’ll sample some of the hottest hard tea brands in the country, then cast your vote to crown the inaugural Hard Tea Hoedown Champion.

LIABILITY WAIVER

I, the undersigned, in consideration of being allowed to participate in this activity, and intending to be legally bound for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, do hereby release and discharge McWethy’s Tavern, Mistwood Golf Club, JBM Hospitality LLC, JGM Properties LLC, and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, umpires, referees, and contractors, jointly and severally, from any and all liability from personal injury, accidents, illness, death, property damage, or other occurrence which I may suffer in any manner whatsoever arising out of or resulting from my participation in this activity.

I expressly assume all risks of my participation in this activity, including, without limitation, the risk that I might be injured as a result of the acts or omissions of the above parties or some defect in or on the property of any of them, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, including illness and injury resulting directly or solely from gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of McWethy’s Tavern, Mistwood Golf Club, JBM Hospitality LLC, JGM Properties LLC, or its employees.

I agree to indemnify, save, hold harmless, and defend each and every one of the above parties from any and all loss, damages, expenses, costs, and attorney fees arising out of or resulting from my participation in this activity. I am participating at my own risk. McWethy’s Tavern, Mistwood Golf Club, JBM Hospitality LLC, and JGM Properties LLC are not responsible for other participants, spectators, or contractors.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO RELEASE

I permit McWethy’s Tavern, Mistwood Golf Club, JBM Hospitality LLC, and JGM Properties LLC to use and publish photographs and/or videotapes of me for purposes of presenting social events and activities to the community and promoting programs to prospective clients and/or participants.

I also give permission to release such photographs and/or videotapes to the news media in support of the program.
